Abstract

This work aims to shed light about some of the questions
arosen from a testimony contained on manuscript #10051 found at National
Library of Madrid. It is an anonymous and acephalous testimony
found in a 15th-century manuscript, even when the translation is most
likely to be from the 14th century. In order to do so, we have carried out
a linguistic study focused on the chapters of gynecology and pedidatrics,
where we gave specific attention to the possible diatopic variants and
hone in on the influence of the underlying model.
