La digitalización del archivo de la Real Academia Española: un camino de ida y vuelta

Abstract

Since July 2015, the department of Archives and Records
Administration of the Real Academia Española is working in its funds archival arrangement. This means that every document should pass through a different level process to achieve its control and description, and eventually
undertake an outreach program. The digitization of an archival funds should not be undertaken if its physical and intellectual control has not been overcome. The digitization plan accomplished in 2013-2014, previous to the archival arrangement process, has allowed us to start to arrange
our funds from the very first step of the process.
