The purpose of this study is to offer a lexicographical and documentary characterization of a selection of items alluding to household goods (plates, cutlery, glasses, jugs...) found in documents from the Corpus Léxico de Inventarios (CorLexIn), especially in those cases where the item is scarcely represented in the general sources. Regarding the methodology, the lexicographical analysis will be based on dictionary references from the 17th and 18th centuries; the documentary analysis will be based on a comparison of the documentation of the items in the general corpora and those obtained in CorLexIn.
