La morfología léxica ante los retos del siglo xxi.

Abstract

In this interview, Jesús Pena explains the reasons that led
him toward the field of research in which he has become an indisputable
authority: Lexical morphology in Spanish. Throughout these pages, we
will have the opportunity to read about the diagnosis he offers on the current
state of the studies on Lexical Morphology in Spanish and its future
prospects. Finally, we are presented the main features of the Base de datos
de morfología del español (Spanish Morphology Database), an ambitious
project on which he has been working for over 25 years.
